management, and regulatory compliance. He brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, executive leadership experience, and board-level governance
capability.
As the former Chief Information Security Officer of one of Australia’s top five retail banks, Phillip led the group’s Information Security function and delivered a multi-year
uplift program that significantly enhanced the entity’s security posture.
His combination of strong communication, trusted relationships, and pragmatic, risk based problem solving has made him a respected industry thought leader, regularly
presenting on practical, risk-aligned approaches to security and technology governance. Phillip contributes to strong governance across several independent committee roles, including:
