Paul
Paul is an accomplished Non-Executive Director with more than 27 years of technology leadership experience across the Asia Pacific region, including two decades in the
banking sector.
He brings deep expertise in governance, risk management, cyber security, and emerging technologies, and currently serves on boards in the banking, aged care, and technology sectors. Paul has particular strength in navigating complex regulatory environments and engaging diverse stakeholders. His critical thinking and analytical rigour underpin effective oversight, ensuring board decisions are evidence based, balanced, and defensible.
As Managing Partner of an award-winning consulting firm, he advises boards and executives from high growth startups to ASX listed companies on aligning technology
strategy with organisational objectives and risk appetite to strengthen accountability and drive performance. His breadth of experience enables him to provide independent judgment on the risks and opportunities of digital transformation, third party dependencies, and emerging technologies.
Beyond his board and advisory work, Paul contributes to health and research initiatives through consumer advisory roles with the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer and the Dame Roma Mitchell Cancer Research Laboratories, supporting projects aimed at improving patient outcomes.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering, and is a member of the AICD, RMIA, and ISACA, reflecting his ongoing commitment to governance excellence and staying at the forefront of cyber security and risk management.
