Louise is a Principal Consultant specialising in data governance and strategy, with more than twenty-five years of experience delivering impactful outcomes across Consumer Data Right, information security, data risk management, and core banking systems.

She combines a deep understanding of the evolving data landscape with strong regulatory awareness to design and implement robust data governance frameworks that enhance data integrity, security, and compliance. Louise excels at crafting enterprise data strategies that align with corporate objectives and are grounded in transparency, clear two-way communication, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined project management.

Louise brings significant leadership experience across banking and fintech, having held roles including Head of IT Business Systems, Head of Technology Assurance, and Head of Data Strategy and Governance. Her breadth enables her to strengthen risk management and operational resilience while bringing a strong service lens to her work through earlier experience in customer service management. Louise’s technical foundation spans enterprise application development, core banking systems, and data risk management, enabling her to bridge business, technology, and risk functions effectively.

A respected contributor to industry, she has shared her insights as a panellist at the 2023 Digital Banking Summit in Melbourne. Louise is well-credentialled, holding a Certificate in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
