Jayson is a Co-Founder and Consulting Partner at Digital Resilience with more than 25 years of experience across banking and finance, payment services,
telecommunications, and critical infrastructure. His previous senior roles include Head of Information Security and Head of IT Risk and Governance at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, along with leadership positions in Networks, Telecommunications, and Payment Systems at Adelaide Bank.

Jayson is a specialist in business continuity and disaster recovery, with extensive experience advising banks and critical infrastructure operators on building resilient
business operations. His expertise spans the strategy, design, implementation, and testing of business continuity frameworks, ensuring organisations can anticipate, withstand, and recover from high-impact, plausible disruptions.

He also specialises in supply chain risk management, helping organisations assess and mitigate risks associated with material service providers. His work includes conducting comprehensive risk and control assessments on service providers, evaluating operational resilience, security controls, and regulatory compliance to ensure they meet continuity, security, and broader risk management expectations.

Jayson holds tertiary qualifications in Economics and IT. He is certified in IT Service Management, Risk and Information Systems Control, Information Security Architecture, Information Security Management, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. He is an active member of the Australian Information Security Association and the ISACA Adelaide Chapter, where he previously served as a board member.
