Cerri is a Consulting Partner at Digital Resilience with more than 20 years of experience in information security, operational risk management, and third-party assurance. He has held senior roles across the banking and finance sector in Ireland and Australia and is trusted by regional banks, private health insurers, and superannuation funds to design and implement proportionate risk management frameworks and operating models.
Cerri’s work includes strengthening the operational resilience of APRA-regulated entities and their material service providers, assessing the risks of hundreds of providers, and uplifting controls to meet CPS 234 and CPS 230 requirements. He is well known for facilitating real-world crisis management, business continuity, cyber incidents, and multi-party data breach simulation exercises across all organisational levels.
Committed to developing the next generation of cyber security professionals, Cerri has shared his industry experience as a lecturer with the University of South Australia. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Chartered Security Architect (SCF), and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Cerri also holds a Master of Science in Communications from Queen’s University Belfast and is an active member of ISACA.
