In doing so we promote a prudent risk management culture and help instil requisite risk management principles and practices.


Paul Dewsnap

Paul brings twenty-five years of senior leadership experience, having spent the past seventeen years working with regional banks, credit unions and digital banks across Asia Pacific. Before moving into financial services, he spent several years in the United States where he led the delivery of large-scale business initiatives in human resource consulting and health care spanning North America and Europe.

Paul’s current roles include Non-Executive Director at Credit Union SA, Non-Executive Director at Data Action, Chair of the Advisory Board at Affiniti Solutions, member of the Advisory Board at Buzz-ER and member of the Australian Government’s Digital Advisory Panel for Small Business. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer with ME Bank, Head of Group Strategy and Architecture with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Head of Information Security with Adelaide Bank and Director of Technology Strategy and Architecture with Robert Half International.

Paul possess a unique blend of strategic and business planning skills, coupled with an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, digital technology, core systems integration and consolidation, IT outsourcing, cyber security and operational risk management. He is an experienced facilitator of Board strategy development workshops and advises Directors and Executives on the application of emerging technologies, and the associated opportunities, operational risks and compensating controls.

Paul is a regular speaker at Business SA, Committee for Economic Development Australia, CEO Institute and the Australian Governments Digital Champions Project on cyber security and risk management. He also teaches business strategy to entrepreneurs through Business SA’s SAYES and Encore Programs and invests time supporting the local fintech community.



Jayson Walmsley

Jayson brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and finance, information technology, risk and security. He has held senior roles including Head of Information Security and Head of IT Risk and Governance at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, and Manager of Networks & Telecommunications and Manager of Payment Systems at Adelaide Bank.

Jayson believes a strong security strategy fully integrated with the business is a necessity for all organisations, not only to manage the ever-increasing threat of security risk, but more importantly as a business enabler in today’s digital world.

He is passionate about working with businesses to assist them strike the right balance between securing technologies and data and realising business benefit. Facilitating a change in mind-set from perceiving security as a cost of doing business to seeing it as a growth enabler is also important to him.

Jayson’s areas of speciality are cyber security strategy and cyber risk management, leveraging a business driven-risk based approach. He has assisted business embed cyber resilience and maximise the value of technology through effective strategy and architecture, managed complex programs of work and undertaken numerous security and risk reviews.

Jayson is a board member of the ISACA Adelaide Chapter and member of the Australian Information Security Association.



Cerri Morgan

Cerri brings 20 years’ experience in IT, has specialised in Cyber Security for 15+ years and has held senior roles in Ireland and Australia, working in banking and finance, higher education and agribusiness.

Cerri is certified in a number of specialised security areas and has a Masters degree in Science Communication. Cerri is passionate about managing cyber security risk across all levels in an organisation, raising awareness of cyber threats to secure what matters.

Cerri’s direct skills and experience have included cyber security strategy and program development, risk management, security awareness, policy and standards, threat and vulnerability management, application security, identity management, enterprise security architecture, incident response and remediation, cloud security, third-party security assessments and delivering targeted education seminars, to name but a few.

Cerri is an industry lecturer at the University of South Australia’s Master degree in Cybersecurity and a member of ISACA.
