The comprehensive data strategies Louise crafts align with business objectives and are underpinned by transparency, clear two-way communication, the ability to foster stakeholder buy-in and effective project management. Her strong understanding of the regulatory environment spans banking and fintech through roles such as Head of IT Business Systems, Head of Technology Assurance, and Head of Data Strategy and Governance.
