Louise is a Principal Consultant specialising in data strategy and governance, with more than twenty-five years of experience driving impactful initiatives across Consumer Data Rights, Information Security, Data Risk Management, and Core Banking Systems.

With a keen understanding of the evolving data landscape and regulatory requirements, she excels in developing robust data governance frameworks that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. The comprehensive data strategies Louise crafts align with business objectives and are underpinned by transparency, clear two-way communication, the ability to foster stakeholder buy-in and effective project management. Her strong understanding of the regulatory environment spans banking and fintech through roles such as Head of IT Business Systems, Head of Technology Assurance, and Head of Data Strategy and Governance.

Louise is skilled at developing organisational resilience and risk maturity. Her functional expertise in technology includes enterprise application software development, banking systems operations, and her complementary experience in customer service management brings a service lens to her work.
